i was just wondering whats the best way to stream minecraft on justintv for free?

Use XSplit. Right now, it's currently in testing so it's free to use. Other methods are a bit more complicated for the newcomer. I would suggest using XSplit first and worry about other software later. When you install XSplit, you have to create a screen capture of your Minecraft window. It's that simple.

i have tried but when i start up xsplit my minecraft goes transparent and i cannot play?

Would you go to the XSplit General Settings, open the General tab, and then tell me which settings are checked in the General box on top?
